Welcome to YM Camera (ymcamera.com). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not violate any laws or regulations, attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security, or use our content without permission. All content on this site (images, text, branding) is the property of YM Camera and may not be reused without written consent.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing or listing errors. If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we will contact you before processing. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If already charged, you will be fully refunded.

5. Payments

We use secure payment processing. We do not store your full payment information.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. YM Camera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy, counted from the day your order is delivered. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories, accompanied by a receipt. See our full Refund Policy for details, including:

Used items over $1,000 — 10% restocking fee
No returns on special-order items; "As Is" items are final sale
Warranty cards must be unused/blank
Film and sensitized materials (film, paper, tape) — all sales final
Drones — no returns unless defective; defects must be reported within 7 business days; DJI repairs go through DJI
After 14 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies; store credit may be offered up to 30 days at our discretion

8. Used Equipment

Used gear is sold based on its described condition; cosmetic or functional imperfections may exist. Unless otherwise stated, used items may not include a manufacturer warranty. All sales follow the return policy above.

9. Film Processing Services

YM Camera takes great care when handling your film. However, all film is processed at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to film, exposure issues, processing or scanning defects, or equipment malfunction. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Rental Equipment

Customers renting equipment agree to return items on time and in original condition, to be responsible for loss, theft, or damage, and to pay repair or replacement costs if necessary. Late returns may result in additional fees.

11. Communications (SMS & Email)

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive order updates and service notifications. You may opt out at any time — reply "STOP" to SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in email.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics, and messaging. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YM Camera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, products or services purchased, or delays, errors, or interruptions.
