Introduction to Film Photography

Film Photography from start to WOW!

Join us at YM Camera on Saturday, July 24th, for a three-hour introduction to film photography. We will discuss why use film in the digital age, master your camera settings and metering techniques and unleash your creativity. We welcome all levels of expertise, so don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to dive into the art of film photography!

We will begin promptly at 10:30 am with film camera basics, myth-busting, and essential details about exposure metering, film stocks, and other information to help you make the most of the experience. The class fee includes a roll of color film, processing, and scanning by YM Camera.

I encourage questions throughout the class. If you've taken a lesson with me before, you know there are no "dumb questions" except those you don't ask. My workshops are always a 100% safe, non-judgmental space.

But wait, there's more! Just because the class is over for the day doesn't mean the learning has to stop. After your scans, I would like to see how you did. We will discuss options on how to make this work.
